Addendum 3-A: Personnel History

James Carr first came to the attention of the Foundation in the late 1990s, when he was accepted into a private Foundation-run preparatory school- the Schoeller Collins Pell Institute of Higher Learning. Taking the Medical training track, Carr was hired on as a physician's assistant in 1997 and assigned to Site 37, where he provided assistance to medical personnel working with MTF-O-9, the "Hot Zone Dancers".

A desire to advance his career led Agent Carr to request training in close quarters combat, a request that was granted in early 1999. Agent Carr demonstrated significant aptitude for hand-to-hand combat and was given one year's leave to pursue advanced training in late 2002.

Upon James' return in 2003, Site 37's Espionage department requested and was granted Agent Carr's transfer from Medical to Espionage. The next six years would see James being involved in progressively more advanced infiltration and assassination efforts, culminating in his deep-cover placement as an employee of Marshall, Carter, and Dark in early 2009.

Agent Carr successfully provided intelligence that led to the capture of fifteen anomalous objects - two of which were later reclassified as SCPs XXX and XXX. In addition, James managed the elimination of a total of fourteen senior members of the organization in his two-year undercover operation. Agent Carr was extracted after completing a bombing mission that eliminated six MC&D administration members, crippling their operations in Eastern Asia but unfortunately simultaneously eliminating his cover.

Upon extraction, he was transferred to Site 23, where he has been assigned to the current Espionage Director as a personal assistant, advisor, and bodyguard.

James has been promoted to Espionage Director after the passing of Linda Aniston.
